2)d) There was an opened/loose plastic bag for the toilet paper rolls in a cabinet under the sink in the bathroom that was accessible to children today. The licensee removed the plastic bag during the inspection. 3)c) The bifold doors in the bathroom are secured with a safety latch to prevent child access. The latch allows the doors to open just slightly enough for the folding part of the door to present a pinch hazard.
